Tuyoshi Watanabe
Born in Hokkaido(northern japan), 1961. During academic days at Dr. Masayuki Fukuoka, a famous political pundit, at Komazawa University,Tokyo, Watanabe started to aim to become a political consultant specializing in PR. After an graduation, he worked for an congressman for 3 years then joined PR agency NICHIEN. Since he established Project With he has coped with hundreds of election campaigns.

NICHIEN Group
In 1965 Mr. Osamu Okaichi who was called " election master" at Dentsu PR dept. established Nichien in Tokyo. He organized a Nichien Group with his detached pupils who have succeed his knowledge. Now 10groups run offices in the field of public, company, entertainment, and politics. Project with is an successor of mainly election field and has handled various national, gubernatorial, and mayoral elections. Main business partner: Dentsu, Hakuhodo.

After graduated from Tyuou University he joined Dentsu, a worldwide PR agency . He, then joined a project to establish Kyodo cultural agency(current Kyodo Communication). Moreover he took charge in PR of TOKYO OLYMPIC. After he opened his own Nichie, he successively held various posts such as a director of Public Relations Association, and a member of Japan Travel Association, a professor of LDP Kanagawa political college 。He passed away in July 2001
